Why Did We Create This?

Within the last few years, our country has taken an unprecedented economic turn to where we can no longer be frivolous with our money. The economy is being taken into a new era and we are not ready for it.  We are not ready!

If we do not get ourselves ready soon, we will be left way behind and essentially out of reach of the new American dream. If we do not get ourselves ready soon, it will become the new American Dream-On!

We created this course to provide direct communication to you on the skills and the tools that you will need to ensure that your American Dream will live on and prosper. Money is a counterintuitive sport. Our course will provide you definitive tools that you will need to transform your approach to money.

There is a formula called the 10-10-80 rule that states if you give 10% of your earnings to tithes and offerings or charities, 10% to yourself, and 80% to living expenses, you will never need money again, regardless of how much income you bring in. But in order to achieve this, you must put discipline to your money and your spending habits.

Our course will set you on the right track to easily accomplish the 10-10-80 rule.

One of the biggest obstacles that most people claim prevents them from being successful with their money is the process of budgeting.  Many marriages often fail around the whole issue of finances and budgeting. People often get frustrated if their projected budget isn’t followed to the tee. Unfortunately, this scenario will happen 99.9% of the time.

So welcome to Budgeting in 3-D! Budgeting in Three Dimensions is our personally developed philosophy of how to budget successfully every time without becoming frustrated in the process. And you will get very good at it in taking our course!

Our uniquely designed Budgeting Tool will help you not only become great at budgeting your finances now but become a master at budgeting for years to come. Budgeting is the bread and butter of becoming successful financially. And it was written specifically for you!

About Robert Newkirk

Author, speaker and entrepreneur Robert Franklin Newkirk Jr. discovered early in his career – after being educated at some of the finest universities in America – a need to “de-educate” and “re-educate” himself. Along the way he discovered the skills, tools, processes and systems that can help ordinary people achieve the life of their dreams, rather than just working for a living.

Robert Newkirk’s mission is to share this information with people of all backgrounds and abilities.

After earning his bachelor’s degree in aeronautical and astronautical engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Robert joined the U.S. Air Force as an officer testing government projects at the Space and Missiles Center at Los Angeles AFB, located in El Segundo, CA. He furthered his graduate work at the University of Southern California in Systems Management. After serving in the Air Force, he worked for Northrop Grumman TASC as a flight test engineer and a pilot.

In 2006, he founded Jwahir Enterprises Inc. where he took on the task of administering The Jwahir Aerospace Flight Academy for high school students in the Washington D.C. area. Integrating the resources of the University of DC and Kansas State University- Salina, the goal of the enterprise was to expose and educate students to the possible careers in aviation and aerospace, as well as pursuing entrance into a college aviation program.

Mr. Newkirk became divinely in tune with the need to become disciplined with his finances when he made one of the biggest financial mistakes in his life while working with General Electric Corporation during the tenure of one of the greatest CEOs of all time, Jack Welch. Ultimately, he made the decision to “SELL” his GE stock portfolio after purchasing the stock during the bear market of 1987. He learned from his mistakes from mentors he had during his service in the U.S. Air Force which turned his financial situation around.

After learning the skills and tools necessary to effectively manage his money, he built his own budgeting tool to keep up with all of the financial information necessary. With that, he developed a philosophy which today is called Budgeting in Three Dimensions.

This philosophy is revolutionary in helping people successfully budget their money in places where they had once failed. Ultimately, the In-Debt to Debt-Free Online Money Management Course will evolve how people manage their money and properly track their progress in achieving their financial goals.

Mr. Newkirk has served as a guest motivational speaker with People Helping People United Inc. as narrator to the Youth Stop the Violence Campaign in Washington D.C. He has also officiated as moderator and guest speaker for several Black History and Martin Luther King programs to include the Air Force, Intelligence Community, and the Naval Research Laboratory. He has lectured at many school functions and at various high schools and universities and serves on the MIT Educational Council.

His extracurricular hobbies include chess, racquetball, swimming, and weightlifting. He is a member of the MIT Educational Council, the Organization of Black Aerospace Professionals, and a charter member of the MIT, Harvard, and Tufts Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc.

I would like to thank the following people who either directly or indirectly had a major impact in helping me formulate my ideas and thoughts to putting this Online Money Management Course together. Words can not express how much I really appreciate them and their contributions.

1) Dr. Dennis P. Kimbro – For being a mentor and a friend who believed in me and for some reason is wowed by my ability to make concepts “real” for the students. In my view, he is the best motivational speaker out there and I am glad to know him and break bread with him to talk about new ideas

2) Dallas Allbritton, Barry Scott- For all your tireless efforts with the video productions to make this project a reality.  Thanks for putting up with my peculiar ways and expectations and somehow finding a way to satisfy all the requirements.  You were the right fit at the right time as God chose you for this effort.

3) Terry Silberstein, Shay Michael, Rocky Vy, Nasser Halabi (of The Art of Online Marketing Inc.) – For all your works in bringing the website for the online management course to life and making it an easy access tool for people to come and change their financial situation. Thank you for your partnership and friendship over the years with all my previous projects and website requirements.

4) Lori Lincoln, Kimberly Kim- For all your hard work in editing, illustrating, and publishing all of my book projects including In Debt to Debt FREE: Life’s Roadmap to Financial Security. 7) Wayne Eddington, Walter Small – For being my first mentors when it came to financial and legal matters and making me initially aware of the benefits of investing. Your insight also helped me effectively navigate my way through my military career before, during, and after. Thanks for your friendship and support during some of my most critical career moments.

8) My Parents, My Sister – For standing and supporting me during my highest of highs and my lowest of lows over the years. For putting up with me as I pursued my entrepreneurial spirit even when it looked like it would not amount to anything and even when it reached a level that you may not have necessarily understood.  I love you and appreciate you.

9) My Daughters – For being my avid students of the course and help me refine it so that it will be easy to access and understand by students to come. Also thank you for being the kind of success that I can brag about and use as examples in the course production.
